We are off to Canada at
end of January for 2 months, to meet our new little granddaughter.
Matthew and Cara will be looking after things during February but are
not available in March;
therefore
we will not be
able to post any games after Friday 2nd March, until I get
back on Monday 2nd April.
We
do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause: but I'm sure you
understand our need to meet our granddaughter and that family
commitments come first.
3 and Up Games
uses Australia Post for all deliveries. We will ship the games you order
within 2 business days of confirmation of payment. All items are kept in stock
but sometimes we do sell out and if your purchase is not available for
shipping within 2 business days we will email you and let you know when it
will be available.
Shipping
costs are determined according to the total weight of your order. Weight of
each item is shown at the checkout, the total postage is calculated after you
complete your shipping information and prior to you filling in the payment
information form.

Delivery within Australia:
Your online checkout offers delivery by Standard
Parcel Post.
Goods will be posted within 2
business days of receipt of payment or clearance of cheques.
Actual delivery times vary
according to distance and Australia Post services. Most will be delivered
within 3 - 5 business days after posting: but Australia is a large country and
for some places it will take longer.
If you want to use Express
Post or Registered Mail please contact
us for costs.
Local Delivery or Pick up
may be possible if you live in Geelong or some parts of Melbourne. As we are
an online store only, you will need to contact us first to confirm
availability of this service.

Delivery Outside Australia:
Your games will be delivered by Australia Post
using their Standard Air service.
These costs are calculated prior to
completing payment information and after filling in shipping information for
some countries. If your country is not on our list please

For USA deliveries there is now a
AUD$9.00 security charge for all parcels over 500gms, please contact us
before completing your order to see if this will be an added cost for you.
Orders from outside Australia are GST
exempt and this will be taken off the cost of your order at the checkout.
Cheque or Bank Deposit
payments need to be in Australian Dollars please.
