ORDERING:
How do I know my order has been received? You will recieve a confirmation email once your order is complete. We will also send an email when we post your order.
Do you hold stock of all the games on your webste? Yes, we keep all our games in stock. Very ocassionally we sell out, if this happens we will email you immediately and let you know when the game/s will be available. A refund, credit or back-order is available should this happen.
Can I  send a gift from your website? Yes, during the checkout process complete Shipping Information details for where you want the gift sent to. On the next page do NOT tick the "Same as Shipping" details box, then complete your details for payment.
Can I send games to separate addresses from the same order? Yes, during the checkout process you have the option to indicate different shipping addresses. When you are taken to the Shopping Cart page, click on Split Shipment button, a drop-down box will appear where you can nominate a letter for each different Shipping Address. At the Checkout complete the Shipping Information details for where you want the gifts sent. On the next page do NOT tick the "Same as Shipping" details box, then complete your details for payment. It will help if you indicate in the Comments box at the bottom of the Payment Information page that it is a spilt order.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, at the Checkout you are offered the option of FREE gift wrapping. You can select your choice of paper and leave your message.
Do you use recycled packaging? Yes, to minimise waste and keep costs down, where possible we reuse boxes and packing materials in good condition.
What if I have a query about my order?
If you have any questions about your order or if there are any problems with the games or delivery please Contact Us immediately.
How do you protect my Privacy? We value your privacy and will never give or sell your personal details to any third party unless needed to process your order. Refer to our Privacy Policy.
What is your Exchange Policy? We value the support of our customers and aim to provide superior customer service and will provide refunds or credit where there is a problem with the game. Damage in transit is not our responsibility though and we take much care in the packing of our goods to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Refer to our Returns Policy for details.

PAYMENT:
What are my Payment options? You can pay for your order through Paypal, by cheque or Money Order or via Direct Deposit into our bank account. Payment with Visa or Mastercard is through Paypal.
What is PayPal? Paypal is a secure method of making online payments without your financial information being made available to the seller/mechant. Paypal accepts and processes your payment and then passes it onto to us. For more details go to the the Paypal website www.paypal.com.au
Do I need to be a member of PayPal to make purchases? No, it is not necessary for you to be a PayPal member to make Visa or Mastercard payments.
When do I enter my Credit Card details? At the last step of the Checkout process you will be taken to the secure PayPal website to enter your credit card details.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be chaged once you submit your details via the PayPal website.
Do your prices include GST? Yes all our prices include GST. International orders are GST free and 10% will be taken off your order at the checkout.


DELIVERY & POSTAGE:
What are the Postage charges? We use Australia Post for our deliveries and costs vary according to weight and distance see Delivery information for more details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? All orders will be sent out within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. Delivery within Australia will generally take 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Actual times will vary according to distance; Australia is a big country and for more isolated areas longer times are needed.
What if I'm not home when my order is delivered? Australia post will leave a note informing you that they have attempted delivery. You will then be able to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
Can I collect my order from your store? Pick up can be arranged. Please Contact Us to organise a time. We are located in Geelong, Victoria.
